Senior Solutions is the marketing arm for Ternes Realty Group. Jim Ternes is the owner and principal broker for Ternes Realty Group, LLC and has been practicing real estate in Minnesota since 2012. Jim started his real estate career with Keller Williams consistently ranking near the top in sales dollar production. Since establishing Ternes Realty Group LLC in 2015, Jim has continued to grow his business volume every year while at the same time offering his clients exceptional service.
Jim understands that “Change is Hard” and that the process of moving is unique for everyone. Jim is a gifted problem solver and guides his clients towards their intended goal.
Jim and his wife Jody have been married since 1986 and are now empty nesters with three grown children. Together they enjoy camping, biking and most outdoor activities.

Mike manning, agent
Growing up with his father in the military, Mike had the invaluable opportunity of living in many parts of the country. He was also fortunate to live in a multi-generational family as his grandmother lived with the family. These life experiences have served him well, fostering an openness, adaptability, and flexibility to Mike’s personal and professional relationships in his work as a Realtor.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked on many large projects that required extreme attention to detail and collaboration with others, whether in the printing, medical and military manufacturing, or air pollution control industries. Mike has successfully negotiated many contracts that value into millions of dollars.
No experience in Mike’s career has been more personally rewarding than working with clients through the sale or purchase of their home. The selling of real estate can take many unplanned twists and turns. Working with an agent that always has your best interests in mind and can solve problems when they arise is paramount to the smooth and successful sale or purchase of your home.
Mike and his wife of over 30 years, Britta, have four children. They’ve lived in the Twin Cities for over 30 years.
